Year 9 English Shakespeare Excursion
On Monday the 30th of October, the Year 9 students had the opportunity to watch Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, live in action with the Flying Bookworm Theatre Company! The performances delivered the language, characters and themes of the play along with connections to modern settings. There were plenty of laughs and faces of enjoyment as they developed a greater and more humorous understanding of the Shakespearean text.
